On this note, we are 29 days away from the start of the weekly pilgrimage to the holy land.

So, what do we want to serve up for the tail-gates?

    Sept. 2nd – UF vs. USM Golden Eagles - Ted and I were talking and were thinking about Southern style BBQ for the USM game since we have so many games that we can serve chicken for. i.e. Ribs, BBQ pork, BBQ Brisket, Potato Salad, Corn on the Cob, Mac & Cheese, Beer

    Sept. 9th – UF vs. UCF Golden Knights – Lamb Kabobs, Beer?

    Sept. 16th – UF @ UT Vols – Pub Crawl, Beer

    Sept 23rd – UF vs. UK Wildcats – Kentucky Fried Chicken, Beer? J

    Sept. 30th – UF vs. UA Crimson Tide – Beer?

    Oct. 7th – UF vs. LSU Tigers – Shrimp Boil, Beer

    Oct. 14th – UF @ AU Tigers – Pub Crawl, Beer

    Oct. 28th – UF vs. UGA Bulldogs – Hot Dawgs, Brats, Hamburgers, Beer ?

    Nov. 4th – UF @ Vandy Commodores – Cook at home, Beer

    Nov. 11th – UF vs. USC Gamecocks – Fried Cornish Game Hens, Beer

    Nov. 18th – UF vs. Western Carolina Catamounts – Carolina BBQ, Beer

    Nov. 25th – UF @ FSwho – Free food at UF Pep rally, Beer?

    Dec. 2nd – UF vs. TBD – Pub Crawl in the ATL, Beer J

    I am not of the cooking anything besides off the bar-b-que persuassion - i.e. no oven to cook Totino's Party Pizza's in, I'm out.

    My husband is definitly one of those who don't enjoy real food, but there are a few more of them out there- most of them are related to me.
