Cincy coach not coaching in Sugar Bowl. Starting immed. with Notre Dame duties. His players are NOT happy. Very candid comments about leaving for the money and leaving them out to dry. Their interim coach is coaching.
I have watched a few Cincy games this year and if our defense shows up we will win this easily. If not, it's gonna be the 2007 Capital One Bowl all over again but only if we can put points on the board also.
Their QB Pike was a serious Heisman contender until he missed like 4 games due injury.
yea the cinnci players seem really pissed off he didnt finish but at the same time if he was undefeated in ND he would be playing for a championship not a sugar bowl
Still pretty sucky thing for a coach to do for their teams best bowl ever. Meyer stayed with his undefeated Utah in their bcs bowl before coming to us. But maybe he wants as much time as possible in south bend before his firing in 3 years
Dunlap to play in the Sugar Bowl. It seems that Machen(suprisingly) and Foley recommended it since he has had no previous incidents and been a good student.
GAINESVILLE, Fla. -- Florida's Brandon James, who leads the team in all-purpose yards, will not play in the Allstate Sugar Bowl after having surgery on his right foot.
SEC blog ESPN.com's Chris Low writes about all things SEC in his conference blog.

James, a senior from St. Augustine, broke a bone in foot against Alabama in the Southeastern Conference title game and had surgery last week.
That sucks for B.J. He may never play in another pro, non UFL game, again. I don't see him making an NFL roster. He'll make a practice squad undrafted, but it'll be tough to move up from there. I'd love to be wrong though. He was a fantastic Gator.
theres a very slim chance he may make it as a return guy i hope he does hes never been a go to guy but i think he has contrinuted alot and hope he can make something
Tickets are on sale now through Saturday. $125. Who is contemplating making the trip?
ReplyDeleteWe will not be going . New Orleans is wasted on the pregnant but have a hurricane for me
ReplyDeleteWill do RA. :)
ReplyDeleteTix will be EASY to scalp at the game. I'd bet $50 or less.
ReplyDeleteWill not be able to make it.

Has there been any word on Carlos Dunlap? Is he playing in the Sugar Bowl. Not that I am lobbying for him to play, just requesting an update if avail.
