There seem to be just a few people missing from the right side of the screen during the celebration vs. the game. Maybe they all went to get popcorn at the same time.
The video shows Tebow giving their DB the Gator Chomp which was shown on TV. What wasn't shown on TV was him giving Tebow back the mock chomp and then you see the flag. Although the penalty was pointless on TV Meyer looked to be jarring at the refs that the penalty should have been offsetting.
