  10. Sometimes when I reflect back on all the beer I drink I feel ashamed. Then I look into the glass and think about the workers in the brewery and all of their hopes and dreams. If I didn't drink this beer, they might be out of work and their dreams would be shattered. Then I say to myself, "It is better that I drink this beer and let their dreams come true than be selfish and worry about my liver."

That made me think of all the TaleG8rs.. Especially Bruce :)

I'll bring whatever is needed, just ask and you shall receive. I'll be there at 12 again, because I have this amazing thing called class.

  12. Cassie, please bring the following:

1)Fresh Salmon from Pike's Place Market for a.m. omlets.

2)A projector that will eminate the pregame television viewing on the side of the trailor in hi-def.

3)Please sod the entire Norman Hall area, as it is getting dusty in some areas. Also some more shade trees would be nice. (no trunks on the trees though, cuz we need tailgate and parking space.)

  14. Well, looks like we have the following so far:

    1. 3 to 5 lbs shrimp - Mike or Bruce -- you guys work it out and decide who will bring it.

    2. 3 to 5 lbs of frozen crawfish - Mike

    3. Sourdough bread - Mike - Do you make that in loafs? I would think a couple would be plenty.

    4. Items for boil - Ted & Melinda

    5. Gatorade - The Peacock

    What we need:

    1. Donuts for the morning
    2. Water
    3. Beer - we are running low

Ruth-Ann/Chris... anything else that we are low on?

  15. I am flying into Orlando again scheduled to arrive at 12:30am Saturday morning. I will try to get a standby flight like I did last week. I am bringing plucked Peacock.

If I can swing it I will get The Peacock to help me get a bunch of beer and some water.

  16. Please note that The Peacock is not a menu item.

Also, fyi, real peacocks just as myself should not be approached because they are erratic and dangerous.

Do not be fooled by my pretty feathers. I will bite your friggin ear off.

  18. We should have enough hotdogs and hamburgers to keep Chris happy, so I think we are good with everything else. I can donuts again and some water. Let me know if there is anything else. I can also get there as early as needed.

  19. Bruce - I need your help learning how to edit this stupid blog too. Obviously I meant to put the word bring before donuts, but I can't figure out how to edit it.
